HOW IT IS DONE
Here at VTI our mission is to take your vision and turn it into a reality. To do this we have broken our process down into three phases.
PHASE - 01
Planning the Shoot
Phase one, is the pre-shooting stage where we get everything we need from you to make sure your shoot is efficient and stress free so we can attain the best results possible. First, we’ll have you to let us know what your overall vision is for your video. Following this step, we’ll request you send us videos or photos you’ve seen that are similar to what you have in mind for your project. This will help us get a better idea of what kind of finished product you’re looking to achieve. After that we’ll send you an estimate for what the project will cost to shoot. (We base our pricing on location of the shoot, time shooting, equipment used, and time editing.) If you approve to move forward, we will require a 25% deposit to get you confirmed for your day/days of shooting on our schedule. The rest of your payment will be due upon the day of completion of filming.
PHASE - 02
Day of Shooting
Phase two is the actual shooting phase where we film your project and start to bring your vision to life. Prior to the day of the shoot, we will go over any shot lists, outlines, or plans for the shoot with you beforehand. This will ensure you are completely comfortable and prepared for the day of the shoot. Videography can be a very time-consuming process so we ask that you arrive at the shoot at least 15 minutes before the shoot is scheduled to start. This will help us keep the shoot on schedule. If you realize you will be late or that you won’t be able to make the shoot, we ask that you let us know at least an hour in advance and we will try to work with you to reschedule if possible. Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE whether you make it to your shoot or not. If you are late for your shoot, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to achieve the best results possible due to time constraints; so, we ask that you arrive at your shoot on time and fully prepared for the day of filming.
PHASE - 03
Edit & Reveal
Phase three is the post-filming phase where we craft your final product to make your vision a reality. The editing process can be a very complex and time-consuming process. Completion of the project depends on the complexity of the edit. On average, our turnaround time is normally no longer than 2 weeks. However, if it will be longer, we will let you know a projected date for completion upfront. Every project comes with two free revisions if you need changes made to the final product. After the second revision, there will be an additional revision charge for any other revisions requested.
